Reasons

Punishment of the crime

On September 18, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for larceny, etc. at the Chuncheon District Court on September 18, 2012 and completed the execution of the sentence on June 30, 2013.

1. At around 01:50 on February 25, 2015, the Defendant: (a) provided the victim D with the fourth floor of the building in the Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-do, the Defendant, despite having no intent or ability to pay for the foregoing, by deceiving the victim as a public official belonging to the Mapyeong-gun, although he/she had no intent or ability to pay the said amount; and (b) by deceiving the victim as if he/she would pay the alcohol value, etc.; and (c) had the victim received from the victim, the Defendant did not pay the said amount.
