Punishment of the crime
[Criminal Power] On June 21, 2019, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment for fraud at the Incheon District Court, and completed the execution of the said sentence on September 28, 2019.

1. From November 5, 2019, around 09:30 on November 5, 2019, the Defendant stolen the victim’s “D restaurant” operated by the victim C in Michuhol-gu Incheon, Incheon, with a driver’s license, modern credit card, credit card, credit card, new bank physical card, national bank physical card, etc. in the victim’s holding market value equivalent to KRW 1,50,000, the victim’s market value, which was the victim’s ownership on the daily table, was neglected by making preparations for restaurant business in the kitchen room.

The Defendant deceptioned the victim as above, received property from the victim, and used the stolen credit card.
B. On November 5, 2019, around 09:51, at the “H convenience store” in the operation of the victim J, located in Michuhol-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, the Defendant settled KRW 5,800 for the amount of goods by presenting the credit card with the bank in the name of C as if the Defendant was the Defendant’s card.
The Defendant deceptioned the victim as above, received property from the victim, and used the stolen credit card.
C. On November 5, 2019, the Defendant committed a crime in the “Kn Inn’s House” within the “Kn’s accommodation” in the operation of the victim M in Bupyeong-gu Incheon, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon. In paying accommodation charges, the Defendant paid accommodation charges and presented the credit card in the name C bank as if the Defendant was the Defendant’s card.
