A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

On September 30, 2011, the Defendant was sentenced to 8 months of imprisonment with prison labor at the Busan District Court, and the execution of the sentence was completed on February 13, 2012 at the Busan Detention House.

1. On September 8, 2012, around 03:45, the Defendant acquired stolen goods by purchasing at least 30,000 won each of a new bank, Busan Bank, Busan Bank’s credit card, Busan Bank’s physical credit card, Gyeongnam Bank’s cream card, Busan Bank’s security card, Busan Bank security card, bus card, an Ambane bus card, and an Ambane funeral hall with knowledge of the fact that he was a stolen goods from a male on his name in the stairs of the building located in the Dongdong-dong-gu Busan Metropolitan City.

2. Fraud and violation of the Specialized Credit Finance Business Act;

A. On September 8, 2012, around 03:54, the Defendant: (a) received 1 disease and 5 disease, etc. in the aggregate amount of KRW 200,000 in the market value from the “Eoman shop” operated by the victim in Busan Dong-gu, Busan; (b) paid the amount by presenting the credit card of the stolen B as the Defendant’s card as the Defendant’s card and signing it on the sales slip; and (c) around 06:52 on the same day, the Defendant paid KRW 20,000 as the service fee for the loan service fee.

Accordingly, the defendant acquired property benefits by deceiving the victim, and used stolen credit cards.

B. On September 8, 2012, the Defendant: (a) boarded a taxi operated by the victim on his name prior to the singing shop as indicated in paragraph (1) on September 8, 2012; (b) boarded the 6,200 won of the taxi fee by presenting the Busan Bank’s credit card in the name of the stolen B as if the Defendant was the Defendant’s card; and (c) signing the sales slip.

Accordingly, the defendant acquired property benefits by deceiving the victim, and used stolen credit cards.

C. The Defendant committed a crime against Victim F on September 8, 2012, around 07:16.
