【Criminal Facts】

1. A habitual larceny: (a) around 02:20 on February 10, 2019, the Defendant opened a door of a vehicle with no correction of the victim C, the victim C, who was parked therein, in front of the building in the Chungcheong-gun B, Chungcheong-gun; (b) committed a theft of one copy of the NHFC card (credit card number: E) owned by the victim, which was located inside the vehicle, on February 10, 2019; and (c) committed a habitual theft from around 02:0 on February 10, 2019 to around 02:50 on the same day, he/she attempted to steals the victims’ property or stolen property at least 15 times in total, as in the list of crimes in the attached Form.

2. Fraudulent and specialized credit financial business;

A. On February 10, 2019, around 06:21, the Defendant settled KRW 4,600 for the boarding pass price of Daejeon, presenting to an employee under his/her name, as if he/she had a legitimate right to use the stolen C’s check, as described in paragraph (1).

B. At around 06:37 on the same day, the Defendant settled accommodation charges of 40,000 won, presenting the stolen C’s physical card, as described in paragraph (1), to an employee under his name, as if he had legitimate right to use the card.

In this respect, the defendant, by deceiving the victims two times, acquired a total of KRW 44,600, and used a stolen debit card.
