Punishment of the crime
[2012 Highest 1402]
1. On May 30, 2012, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol on May 30, 2012, the Defendant driving a D Poter-owned D Dop-owned D Dop Dop Dop in approximately 2km from the frontway of C’s house located in Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheong-gun, Manyeong-gun, U.S. to the front day of the distilled third-distance.

2. The Defendant, as stated in paragraph (1), was drunkly driven a vehicle without obtaining a driver’s license, while driving the vehicle in the influence of alcohol, with the view to driving the vehicle into drinking-driving by the horse F of the Modsan Police Station E Zone E-gu, with a view to having the vehicle driven into G.
On May 30, 2012, at least 21:34, the Defendant entered “G” and “G” in the “verification” column of the main driver’s detection report and the Main driver’s circumstantial statement report on the road in front of the additional Mancheon-gun, Mancheon-gun, Mancheon-gun, Pyeong-gun, Pyeongcheon-si, Seoul, in front of the extension of the main driver’s identity report and the Main driver’s circumstantial statement report, and presented it to the Senior F with no knowledge of the fact. On May 30, 2012, the Defendant was examined as a suspect in violation of the Road Traffic Act at the E District Office located in the Chungcheongnam-gun, Y-gun, Mayeong-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Manyeong-gun, the Defendant stated “G” and “G” in the “verification’ column of the investigation process confirmation document, and submitted it to I without knowledge of the fact.
Accordingly, the defendant forged his signature of G and exercised it.
