A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

On March 21, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to ten months of imprisonment with prison labor for special larceny, etc. at the Ulsan District Court, and completed the execution of the said sentence at the Ulsan District Court on November 21, 2013. On August 13, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment with prison labor for night intrusion, larceny, etc. at the Ulsan District Court on August 13, 2015, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on December 11, 2015.

Using C’s resident registration certificate, opening a cell phone and selling it at other places, and open a credit card in C’s name and use it or receive a loan.

1. Crimes related to mobile phones;

A. On December 3, 2013, the Defendant: (a) on December 3, 2013, the Defendant entered C’s personal information in the application for joining “E” mobile phone agency, which was employed by the Defendant in Ulsan-gu, as his employee; (b) entered C’s name in the applicant column, and written the said application by signing C after entering C’s name in the applicant column.

For the purpose of exercising this, the Defendant forged a copy of the application for joining the mobile phone in the name of C, a private document related to rights and obligations.

2) At the same time and place as in the preceding paragraph, the Defendant sent a forged mobile phone in the name of C, as in the preceding paragraph, to a non-employee of KT who is aware of such forgery, and opened a mobile phone using the F number.

As such, the Defendant used a forged private document.

B. On January 15, 2014, the Defendant: (a) on January 15, 2014, entered each of the personal information of C in the “E” mobile phone agency on January 15, 2014 in the “E” mobile phone agency, and written two copies of the said application form by signing C in the manner of signing C, indicating C’s name in the manner of signing each applicant’s column.

The defendant, for the purpose of uttering, is named C, a private document pertaining to rights and obligations.
