Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[criminal history] On July 13, 2016, Defendant A was sentenced to three years of imprisonment for fraud, etc. in the Gunsan Branch of the Jeonju District Court, and the judgment became final and conclusive on January 6, 2017.

A. On February 9, 2015, the Defendant: (a) around February 9, 2015, on the grounds that the Defendant was Fudo Co., Ltd. located in North Korea-Si, North Korea-si; (b) without obtaining permission from G to open the cell phone opening of G; (c) on the application form for the K T Roleh Troh Bam, the Defendant entered the name of G in each applicant column; (d) signed the G in that column; and (e) sent the said application form as if it was duly formed to the employees in charge of KT who knew of the forgery.
Accordingly, the Defendant, without authority, forged the application for joining the mobile phone in the G name, which is a private document concerning rights and obligations, and exercised the forged application for joining as above.
2) On February 10, 2015, the Defendant: (a) did not have obtained permission from G and H to open a cellular phone in its name; (b) did not have obtained permission from G and H; (c) on one of the 3 pages of the application for KTleleh Moble, the Defendant entered G’s personal information in each applicant column; (d) recorded H’s personal information in each applicant column; and (e) recorded H’s name in each applicant column; and (e) signed in each applicant column; and (e) sent the same as if he was duly formed.
As a result, the Defendant, without authority, forged the application form for joining the mobile phone in the name of G and the application form for joining the mobile phone in the name of H, which is a private document concerning rights and obligations, and exercised each of the above forged application form.
B. On November 5, 2014, the Defendant was guilty of fraud against the nominal owner of a mobile phone. On November 5, 2014, at the J agency located in I of North Korea, G via K, “A mobile phone opening name.”
