Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The Defendant is a person who sells petroleum in the name of “E gas station” in the name of “E gas station in racing-si.”

Nevertheless, from around 09:43 on January 21, 2010 to August 10, 2012, the Defendant sold 526,031 liters equivalent to KRW 837,371,954 of the market price to H as cargo fuel using the aforementioned E oil station, F and G FF 2.5 tons tank 2.5 tons tank, and selling 124,955 liters equivalent to KRW 205,452 of the market price to H as the fuel for an I cargo, as described in attached Table 1-1-1.
2. The Defendant in violation of the Act on Financial Business Specializing in Credit is a person who opens a credit card merchant in the same trade name while operating the said “E gas station.”
