1. The defendant A shall be punished by imprisonment for one year;
However, the sentence against the defendant A for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime
Defendant
A is a person who operates “H” on the 1st floor G in Gyeongsan-si, and Defendant B is a person who operates “J gas station” in Gyeongsan-si, Busan-si, and is a relative student of the above A.
1. No petroleum retailer, etc. that violates the petroleum and alternative fuel business of Defendant A and B shall sell petroleum, secondary fuel, bred fuel, bane, bane, solvents, solvents, lub oil, light oil for ships, and petroleum intermediate products as fuel for automobiles, vehicles, and machinery;
