A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. A petroleum retailer in violation of the petroleum and alternative fuel business shall not sell petroleum, etc. as fuel for automobiles;

On January 5, 2016, the Defendant: (a) installed a gas station manufactured inside the 3 tower of the wife B for the purpose of selling light oil instead of transit on cargo vehicles; (b) around January 21:53, 2016, the Defendant sold 11 persons, such as D, in total of 559 times the fuel price of the vehicle as fuel in the aggregate of the market price of the vehicle at KRW 191,037,50 won, 1624, 1684, 1684, 1684, 1684, 1684, etc. of the vehicle as fuel, which was operated by D from the change to the Corporation around the Seo-gu Police Station in Seo-gu, Daejeon-gu, Daejeon Special Metropolitan City.

A. The Defendant, upon receiving the request from D, paid the transit credit card from D for the purchase of the oil to pay the transit of the same amount as the price for oil to the above cargo vehicle as the price for oil fuel, and D, upon receiving the credit card from D to pay the same amount as the price for oil fuel to the injured person, has the Daejeon Metropolitan City U.S. office (State) of the following month.
