A A shall be punished by a fine of one million won, and Defendant B shall be punished by a fine of two million won.

The above fines are imposed by the Defendants.

Punishment of the crime

1. On the premise, Defendant A is a member of the F Women's Mountain Association (F (F address: Kimhae-si G) operated by most women residing in Kimhae-si.

B The 6th simultaneous local elections conducted on June 4, 2014, which were elected by the J in the H election district at the time of Kimhae-si, and currently in office as the J in Kimhae-si, and the spouse interest of K from December 21, 2016 to operate the “M” in Kimhae-si from December 21, 2016.

2. The facts constituting the crime, local council members, the heads of local governments, the representatives of political parties, candidates and their spouses shall not make contributions to persons in the constituency concerned, or institutions, organizations and facilities, or to persons having relations with residents in the constituency concerned even though they are outside the constituency concerned, or institutions, organizations and facilities, and no person shall promise, direct, recommend, arrange or demand such contributions;

A. From the end of December 2016, Defendant A stated, “M point” to B, “A regular meeting of the mountain conference is held in March 2017, and the end of the promotion is supported by the mountain conference.”

As a result, the defendant recommended B, the spouse of K in Kimhae-si, to make contributions to the F Women's Mountain Council located in the relevant constituency.

B. Defendant B, like the above “A”, recommended by A to make a contribution to the F Women’s Mountain Council, and the said mountain conference had the intent to make a contribution at the same time with the “flyflyfly” hand, and the promotional horses of “M” operated by himself.

On March 7, 2017, the Defendant provided goods equivalent to KRW 1,472,400, totaled of KRW 360,000 for 1,472,400 for 360 square meters, “M” promotions at the end of 360 square meters (on March 10, 2017, KRW 490) at the end of 176,40 to be delivered to the members present at the above mountain conference at the meeting of the ordinary meeting of the above mountain conference (the meeting held on March 10, 201) and 1,296,00 for 360 square meters at the end of the "fly fly fly fly,” which is equivalent to KRW 1,472,400.

Accordingly, the defendant is within the constituency of Kimhae-si.
