Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

From July 1, 2014 to June 30, 2018, the Defendant was a local council member, and was working as the 7th president of the D Council from July 1, 2016 to June 30, 2018, and partly revised the facts charged in accordance with the prosecutor’s intent to prosecute.

Local council members shall not make contributions to persons in the constituency concerned, institutions, organizations, or facilities, or persons having relations with residents in the constituency concerned, or institutions, organizations, or facilities even if they are outside the constituency concerned.

1. On December 12, 2016, the Defendant provided food of KRW 7,000 per 1 person to 13 persons, such as G, H, I, J, K, L, L, M, N,O, P, Q, Q, R, and S, in a F restaurant located in E, or having a relation with a electoral resident, and provided food of KRW 91,00,00 per 1 person.

2. Acts of offering papers in harmony;

A. On November 29, 2016, the Defendant made a contribution by providing a balance of paper equivalent to KRW 25,000 under the name of the Speaker A of the D Council on the ice Injury of W, the adviser of the V Residential Self-Governing Committee located in the D constituency in the Gu T in Ansan-si.

B. On December 15, 2016, the Defendant made a contribution by providing a balance of 25,000 won in the name of "A of the Speaker of the D Council" at the mother of YY Z where the D volunteer chain was located in the Dong-gu, Busan-si, Dong-si, Busan-si, a Dong-dong University funeral hall in 27 Dong-dong, the Sinsan-si University University Hospital funeral hall, or is residing with residents in the constituency.
