A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

1. On June 27, 2017, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (Non-licenseless Driving) driving a Nring Consing Vehicle at the 7km section from the edge of the airport market in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government to the front of the 588-dong 1, Gangseo-gu, Gangseo-gu, Seoul and the front of the 7km road.

2. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (for the foregoing reasons, the defendant is a person engaging in driving a motor vehicle with the above monitoring agreement.

At the time of the day described in the above paragraph 1, Defendant 1 was straighted from the backside of the e-mail of Song-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government to the e-mail of the parallel four lanes between the four-lanes at the front intersection of Gangseo-gu, Gangseo-gu and 1015, the two-lanes.

Since there is an intersection where a signal, etc. is installed, the driver has a duty of care to safely drive the vehicle in accordance with the signals by reducing the speed and by properly examining the right and the right of the vehicle.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected this and went to the left due to the negligence of violating the signal while the vehicle driving signal was red, entering the intersection, and immediately going to the left in accordance with the new subparagraph on the opposite side of the running direction of the Defendant at the victim O (Y, 35 years old) who was driven by the Defendant’s driver, followed Defendant’s driver’s seat to drive the car, followed Defendant’s front-hander of the Popadi Q5 car in the part of the Defendant’s vehicle, and suffered injury, such as a dust in which there is no one in two weeks of open medical treatment for about two weeks, and escaped without taking necessary measures, such as aiding the damaged person.
