When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On November 30, 2015, at around 01:20, the Defendant driven a B Mt car under the influence of alcohol content 0.082% in alcohol while under the influence of alcohol content 0.082% in the vicinity of the Dr.m. located in 133, Gangseo-gu Seoul, Gangseo-gu, Seoul, for about 3km from the 7 ml.m. to the southwest of the Dr. Dr. in the same Gu.
