Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 8,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Automobile Management Act;

(a) A person who has purchased an automobile registered with the unpaid part of ownership transfer registration after taking over the automobile, shall apply for the registration of ownership transfer to the competent government office within fifteen days from the date of purchase;
