A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Forging a private document;

A. A. Around December 5, 2013, the Defendant: (a) using a computer located in the environmental business team office of the company C located in Jung-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, “(construction order)”; (b) “B”; (c) “The date of the order”; (d) “the date of the delivery date”; (e) December 20, 2015; (e) “the head of the environmental business division A”; (c) “the amount of KRW 120,000,000 (Additional Table)”; (e) “the head of the environmental business division”; (e) “the date of KRW 120,00,000,000”; and (e) arbitrarily prepared and output the construction order without authority to prepare the construction order stating “C representative director F”; and (e) affixed official seal similar to the official seal of the above representative director F.

Accordingly, the Defendant forged a letter of order in the name of C representative Director F, Co., Ltd., a private document on rights and obligations.

B. On December 2013, upon receipt of a request from the G directors of D to revise the text of the report, the Defendant continuously prepared “(construction) order” using a computer located in the office of the environmental team of C, a company located in Jung-gu Seoul, Jung-gu, Seoul, by using a computer located in the office of the environmental team of C, “(construction work)”, “BD in the capacity of the Plaintiff,” “30 December 2014”, “20 December 20, 2015,” “H, I, ST, E”, “the head of the environmental business department A”, “the person in charge”, “120,00,000,000 KRW 120,000 (Additional tax),” “H production and delivery”, “the representative director of C,” and “the representative director of the corporation” without the authority to arbitrarily print out and affix his official seal to the above name and seal.

Accordingly, the defendant has forged one copy of the order in the name of C representative Director F, a private document, which is a private document on the duty of rights.

2. The Defendant who attempted to commit the foregoing investigation document or occupational breach of trust was working as the head of the environmental project team of the victim C Co., Ltd., and was in charge of ordering construction works.
