A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The Defendant, from September 15, 2014 to April 2015, 2015, planned to enter “the construction work related to the installation and supply of optical cable and optical multiple transmission equipment at F University universities” in the business performance by entering D and E companies into a contract with C.
1. Around December 2014, the Defendant conspired with D and signed a stamp attached to “G” at a place where it is unknown on or around December 2014, 2014, the Defendant: “E”, “G”, “G”, and “OTN” in the column of public mission in the column of the ordering date; and “G” at the bottom of the sending note, signed a seal attached to “E (main representative in the Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Seo-gu, Seoul) representative director I” and submitted it to the employee in charge of C, who is aware of the forgery on or around December 25, 2014.

On January 2015, the Defendant, in collusion with D on January 1, 2015, in a place where it is not known to the first patrolman on January 2015, the Defendant: (a) made the E Co., Ltd.’s “E Co., Ltd.”; (b) made the E Co., Ltd.’s “E Co., Ltd.”; and (c) sealed the E Co., Ltd.’s seal impression on his/her name; and (d) submitted the construction contract to the E Co., Ltd.’s staff, who is aware of the forgery.
Accordingly, the defendant conspired with D and exercised one copy of the construction contract in the name of the representative director of E Co., Ltd., a private document related to rights and duties for the purpose of exercising.
