A. For the purpose of exercising authority, the Defendant modified the performance(contract) policy under the name of the president F of the representative director of the D Co., Ltd., the private document related to rights and obligations.

B. On June 2014, the Defendant was kept on a computer without authority for the purpose of exercising the same at the same place as the foregoing paragraph (a) at the time of the Buddhist holiday.

D The Policy of Guarantee Insurance (Advanced Payment) PDF files in the name of the president of the representative director of the D Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the “F”) are listed in the editing program, and the existing securities number is deleted in the Securities Number column by using its own plate after being cut out from the editing program, and the existing amount is deleted in the column for subscription amount, “107,000,000”, and the insurance period and the contract period column, and the existing date is deleted from the date of December 23, 2014 to December 2014.
