A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant, as the representative director of the C&C corporation in Daegu Dong-gu, placed a certain restriction on the vehicle exhaust for the safe operation of students at each elementary school, middle school, or high school in Daegu-gu, to the large chartered bus transportation business entity necessary for students' field experience activities, etc., in order to ensure the safe operation of students, and placed a defective registration certificate that alters the vehicle exhaust, submitted to the school for the purpose of driving the chartered bus vehicle.

1. On May 2012, the alteration of official document was made at the office above C, the first registration date in the 2002-type D D registration certificate was stored in a computer, and the alteration of the registration certificate was made at the time from July 16, 2002 to July 16, 2007 to “2007”, the annual disturbance from “2002” to “207”, and the expiry date of the age of a vehicle from “2012-07-15” to “2016-07-15” to “2016-15”, and then arbitrarily changed the registration certificate to six times in total, as shown in the attached list of crimes, from March Ha and 2012 to October 10, 2012.

Accordingly, the defendant altered the registration certificate in the name of the Daegu Metropolitan City Vehicle Registration Office without authority for the purpose of exercising.

2. On May 18, 2012, the Defendant used the altered official document’s registration certificate that was modified on 19 occasions in total, as shown in the list of crimes in the attached Form, as well as the submission of D motor vehicle registration certificate that was modified to F.F.F. F. F. F. F. F. F. F. F., the Defendant used the altered official document’s registration certificate from March 30, 2012 to October 10, 2012.
