1. The defendant is based on the transfer on January 12, 1970 to the plaintiff of each land listed in the separate sheet.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. On June 12, 1952, the Plaintiff’s overall transfer, public interest repair association was established under the former Chosun Repair Association Order (established by Ordinance No. 2, Jul. 21, 1917; repealed by the implementation of the Land Improvement Project Act; hereinafter “former Chosun Repair Association Order”) and was merged into the Public interest Repair Association pursuant to the former Act on Special Measures for the Merger of Repair Associations (established by Ordinance No. 701, Aug. 25, 1961; repealed by Ordinance No. 948, Dec. 31, 1961; hereinafter “former Farmland Improvement Association”) and was repealed by the former Public Interest Improvement Association Act No. 945, Dec. 12, 1970; hereinafter “Seoul Farmland Improvement Association’s Name and 95, Nov. 25, 1961; 195, Nov. 195, 195; and 200, rural Community Improvement Association’s name and 197.

B. The Korea Agricultural and Rural Community Corporation and Farmland Management Fund (Act No. 5759, Feb. 5, 199) shall be dissolved by the execution of the former Agricultural and Rural Community Corporation and Farmland Management Fund (Act No. 5759, Feb. 5, 199), and the Korea Agricultural and Rural Community Corporation, which established on Jan. 1, 200, comprehensively succeeded to the rights and obligations of the Korea Agricultural and Rural Community Corporation under Article 9 of the Addenda of the same Act, and the Korea Agricultural and Rural Community Corporation and Farmland Management Fund (Act No. 7775, Dec. 29, 2005) have changed their names into the Korea Agricultural and Rural Community Corporation and the Korea Agricultural and Rural Community Corporation under Article 3 of Addenda of the former Agricultural and Rural Community Corporation and Farmland Management Fund Act

C. On June 12, 1952, the Heunghae Water Cooperative commenced the construction of the said reservoir with the approval of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry for the purpose of supplying agricultural water to the Hanwon Farmland Station in the Seo-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, and then completed the construction of the said reservoir on December 31, 1962, respectively.
