1. The defendant is based on the transfer on January 12, 1970 to the plaintiff of each land listed in the separate sheet.

1. Basic facts

A. On June 14, 1955, Ocheon Repair Association, the Plaintiff’s telegraph, was established under the former Joseon Repair Association Order (established by Ordinance No. 2, Jul. 21, 1917; repealed by the implementation of the Land Improvement Project Act; hereinafter “former Joseon Repair Association Order”) and was merged into the Posting Water Association pursuant to the former Act on Special Measures for the Merger of Repair Associations (established by Ordinance No. 701, Aug. 25, 1961; repealed by Ordinance No. 948, Dec. 31, 1961; hereinafter “former Land Improvement Promotion Act”) and was repealed by the former Farmland Improvement Association pursuant to Article 6(6) of the Addenda to the Agricultural Community Improvement Promotion Act (amended by Presidential Decree No. 1948, Dec. 31, 1970; hereinafter “former Land Improvement Project Act”).

B. The Korea Agricultural and Rural Community Corporation and Farmland Management Fund (Act No. 5759, Feb. 5, 199) shall be dissolved by the execution of the former Agricultural and Rural Community Corporation and Farmland Management Fund (Act No. 5759, Feb. 5, 199), and the Korea Agricultural and Rural Community Corporation, which established on Jan. 1, 200, comprehensively succeeded to the rights and obligations of the Korea Agricultural and Rural Community Corporation under Article 9 of the Addenda of the same Act, and the Korea Agricultural and Rural Community Corporation and Farmland Management Fund (Act No. 7775, Dec. 29, 2005) have changed their names into the Korea Agricultural and Rural Community Corporation and the Korea Agricultural and Rural Community Corporation under Article 3 of Addenda of the former Agricultural and Rural Community Corporation and Farmland Management Fund Act

C. In around 1955, in order to supply agricultural water to the Hancheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan City Agricultural District Office, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-si, 1955, the Ocheon-do Cooperative started with the Construction Works of Reservoirs in order to supply agricultural water, and completed the construction work around 1964. The each land listed in the separate sheet is referred to as “each land of this case” and each land is in accordance with the sequence thereof.
