1. The Defendant shall transfer on January 12, 1970, to the Plaintiff 427 square meters of the Nam-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nam-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, a ditch 65,435 square meters.

1. Basic facts

A. (1) On February 12, 1916, the Young River Association was established under the former Shipbuilding Repair Association Order (established by Ordinance No. 2, Jul. 21, 1917; repealed by the Enforcement Decree of the Land Improvement Project Act, Jan. 21, 1962; hereinafter “former Shipbuilding Repair Association Order”) and was merged with the Positing Water Association pursuant to the former Act on Special Measures for the Merger of Repair Associations (established by Ordinance No. 701, Aug. 25, 1961; 2) the former Land Improvement Projects Act ( enacted by Ordinance No. 948, Dec. 31, 1961; hereinafter “former Farmland Improvement Projects Act”) and was repealed by the former Farmland Improvement Association pursuant to Article 6(6) of the Addenda to the Rural Community Improvement Projects Act (amended by Ordinance No. 948, Dec. 12, 1970; hereinafter “former Land Improvement Projects Act”).

6) The Korea Agricultural and Rural Community Corporation and Farmland Management Fund (Act No. 5759, Feb. 5, 199) shall be dissolved by the execution of the former Agricultural and Rural Community Corporation and Farmland Management Fund (Act No. 5759, Feb. 5, 2000), and the Korea Agricultural and Rural Community Corporation established on Jan. 1, 200 comprehensively succeeded to the rights and obligations of the Korea Agricultural and Rural Community Corporation under Article 9 of the Addenda of the same Act, and 7 The Korea Agricultural and Rural Community Corporation and Farmland Management Fund (Act No. 7775, Dec. 29, 2005) have changed its name into the Korea Agricultural and Rural Community Corporation and the Korea Agricultural and Rural Community Corporation under Article 3 of Addenda of the former Agricultural and Rural Community Corporation and Farmland Management Fund Act

B. The letter of good offices is maintained and managed by the Young-gu Repair Cooperatives from 1916 to 1919, and the Plaintiff transferred the facilities of the above letter of good offices to the Plaintiff pursuant to Article 16 of the Act, and the Plaintiff improved and repaired them.

C. The real estate stated in paragraph (1) of this case (hereinafter “instant land”) is located.
