1. Basic facts

A. (1) On February 12, 1916, the Plaintiff’s overall transfer, public interest repair association was established under the former Decree of the Joseon and Repair Association (established by Ordinance No. 2, Jul. 21, 1917; repealed by the implementation of the Land Improvement Project Act; hereinafter “former Decree of the Repair and Repair Association”) and was merged into the public interest repair association pursuant to the former Act on Special Measures for the Merger of Repair Associations (established by Ordinance No. 701, Aug. 25, 1961; repealed on December 31, 1961; 2) the former Land Improvement Projects Act (established by Ordinance No. 948, Dec. 31, 1961; hereinafter referred to as the “former Land Improvement Projects Act”); and

6) The Korea Agricultural and Rural Community Corporation and Farmland Management Fund (Act No. 5759, Feb. 5, 199) shall be dissolved by the execution of the former Agricultural and Rural Community Corporation and Farmland Management Fund (Act No. 5759, Feb. 5, 2000), and the Korea Agricultural and Rural Community Corporation established on Jan. 1, 200 comprehensively succeeded to the rights and obligations of the Korea Agricultural and Rural Community Corporation under Article 9 of the Addenda of the same Act, and 7 The Korea Agricultural and Rural Community Corporation and Farmland Management Fund (Act No. 7775, Dec. 29, 2005) have changed its name into the Korea Agricultural and Rural Community Corporation and the Korea Agricultural and Rural Community Corporation under Article 3 of Addenda of the former Agricultural and Rural Community Corporation and Farmland Management Fund Act

B. Each of the lands listed in paragraph (1) of this Article (hereinafter “each of the instant lands”) was the site of the Seocho-do reservoir. The Seocho-do reservoir is the auxiliary water supply plant of the Yongsan-do reservoir, which was constructed from August 25, 1952 by the Dai Sea Water Cooperative to December 31, 1961.
