The reasoning of the court’s explanation as to this case is as follows, except for the part of “A. judgment” of the fourth and fifth of the judgment of the court of first instance as to this case, and therefore, it is identical to the reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance. B. 1) As seen earlier, whether the instant fire occurred inside the second floor of the Defendant’s building or not, in the result of the fire site investigation in the Daegu Northern Northern Fire Station implemented after the occurrence of the instant fire, or in the appraisal by the National Scientific Investigation Institute, it was presumed that the instant fire occurred inside the office of the second floor of the Defendant’s building that the Defendant occupied and used, and that it was expanded to the damaged building, etc.

B) However, in light of the following circumstances acknowledged by the respective descriptions, images, and arguments set forth in Eul evidence Nos. 6 through 16 (including paper numbers), it is difficult to acknowledge that the instant fire occurred inside the office of the second floor of the Defendant’s building solely on the basis of the evidence submitted to this court, including the result of the fire site investigation in the Daegu Northern Fire Prevention Center or the result of appraisal by the National Science Investigation Agency, and there is no other evidence to acknowledge that the instant fire occurred outside the office of the second floor of the Defendant’s building. Rather, it is reasonable to deem that the instant fire occurred outside the Defendant’s building. (i) At the time of the instant fire, the Defendant installed four CCTV in the office of the second floor of the Defendant’s building to take the inside of the office of the Defendant’s building. However, in light of the CCTV image, the light was installed from the outside of the Defendant’s building at the time of the instant fire, and the light was displayed, and the inside of the building was revealed, and the cause of the instant fire occurred by the National Science Investigation Agency.
