Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A is an engineer who manages the crew of F (25 tons of vessel) who is a low-net fishing vessel, both of which are towing China, and assists the master G, and is in charge of the operation of fishing gear, fishing nets, etc., and Defendant B is an engineer who is in charge of the operation of the vessel's engine and oil management, etc. so as to facilitate safe navigation and fishery activities of the vessel. Defendant C and D are seafarers who assist the operation of the vessel at each of the above vessels.

A foreigner who intends to conduct fishery activities in an exclusive economic zone other than a specific zone in the exclusive economic zone of the Republic of Korea shall obtain permission from the Minister of Oceans and Fisheries.

Nevertheless, at around 20:00 on September 1, 2013, the Defendants loaded one straw-net fishing gear at the mardo of Maddong-si in China with the 37°16 minutes north latitude and 124°06 minutes east longitude (exclusive economic zone 4.5 mar), which were loaded on the main line in the neighboring sea area of the Republic of Korea, around 29:00 on September 1, 201, and 13:0 northN 37°04 minutes eastN and 124°0 eastN 129 minutes eastN, and captured a 80 ghick-in line with the main line on the same day.

At around 13:00 on the same day, Defendants continued to carry 37°04 degrees north latitude and 124°09 degrees east longitude (exclusive economic zone 7.5 Mamaths) with a net-net fishing gear, which was loaded on a closed line, in the neighboring sea area of the Republic of Korea (exclusive economic zone 13:00).

As a result, the defendants were engaged in fishery activities in the exclusive economic zone of the Republic of Korea without permission from the Minister of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries.
