A is the captain of G (25 tons, steel) who is the main vessel of the low-powered fishing vessel G (25 tons, steel) and is responsible for navigation and fishing activities, and Defendant B is the person who operates navigational equipment as the above main mate and assist the captain in fishing activities. Defendant C, as the main engineer of the above main vessel, is a person in charge of operation of navigational equipment, operation of fishing gear, operation of fishing gear, and operation of fishing gear, etc. at the time of fishing activities.

D As a crew member of H(25 tons, steel boats) who works for the steering gear and takes charge of the operation of fishing gear, assisting the captain in the operation of fishing operation. At around 06:00 on the 19th day of the same month, the Defendants, at the 55th day (N 37.00 east, N 124.00 east, N 124.05 east) southwest-west, west-west, Incheon, whose exclusive economic zone of the Republic of Korea was 4 nautical miles. At around 19:00 on the 55th day (N 37.00 east, N 124.0 east-do) southwest-west, west-west, Incheon from the above date to 11:00 on the 11.00 day.
