A as the mate of an 1 (35 tons, steel boats), a two-boatd vessel of low-powered fishing vessels, A is in charge of operating navigation equipment and operating fishing gear while assisting the captain at the time of fishing activities. Defendant B is a captain of J (35 tons, steel boats) who is a subordinate vessel of low-powered fishing vessels and takes charge of operating vessel engine equipment while assisting the captain at the time of fishing activities and operating fishing gear and net equipment at the time of fishing activities. Defendant C, Defendant D, Defendant E, Defendant F, and Defendant G, as the crew of the above subordinate vessel, are engaged in the operation of vessel engine equipment and operating fishing gear and net equipment at the time of fishing activities.
