A person shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for the crimes of KRW 50,00,000 as stated in the judgment of the defendant, and for the crimes of KRW 2,3 and 4 as stated in the judgment.

Punishment of the crime

On February 23, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years for six months due to a crime of violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Evacuation Vehicles) and a violation of the Road Traffic Act (unclaimed Measures after Accidents) in the Gwangju District Court's Branch on February 23, 2015, and the judgment was finalized on March 3, 2015.

The defendant is a de facto marital relationship with the victim C (V, 48 years of age).

1. 2012. 8. 경 재물 손괴 피고인은 2012. 8. 경 전 남 영암군 D 나 동 501호에 있는 피해자의 집에서 피해자에게 돈을 달라고 하면서 피해자의 통장을 가지고 나가려고 하였으나 피해자가 주지 않자 화가 나 발로 피해자의 집 작은방 문을 차 문이 움푹 들어가게 하는 등 작은방 문을 알 수 없는 수리비가 들도록 손괴하였다.

2. Injury or damage to property on November 29, 2015;

A. On November 29, 2015, the Defendant: (a) around 20:0 on November 29, 2015, at the Defendant’s house located in Yong-gun EA Dong 402, concealed facts with another male and singing room; (b) on the ground that the victim’s face and head were boomed several occasions in a house with his face and head; (c) booms, singer’s disease, and clothes booms, etc., of the part of the body of the victim’s body in drinking, the victim’s face and head could not be found; and (d) on the part of the body of the victim, the victim’s face, face, arms, and bridge, etc

B. The Defendant destroyed and damaged the mobile phone worth KRW 800,000,000 at the time and place specified in the above paragraph (a).

3. Inflicting, confinement, or special intimidation on December 1, 2015;

A. On December 1, 2015, at around 19:00, the Defendant: (a) taken the victim’s face and head from the Defendant’s house as stated in paragraph 2-A on the same ground as that stated in paragraph 2-A at the Defendant’s house; (b) taken the victim’s face and head several times on drinking for the same reason; and (c) took the victim’s head into his/her hand, and taken the victim’s head into account, and took the victim’s head into account for about two weeks.
