A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant and the victim C(43) are married couple, and the victim D(80 years old) is the mother of the victim C.

1. On April 3, 2016, the Defendant: (a) destroyed the victim D’s house located in Ischeon-si, E on April 3, 2016, by gathering c’s daily living expenses from around 22:20 to April 3, 2016; (b) by gathering 1 television equivalent to KRW 2,00,000 in the market price owned by the victim D; (c) one maintenance and management foundation of the Si value of KRW 1,50,000 in the market price; and (d) one maintenance and management foundation of the unsatisf in the market price; and (d) one fast-dried building, one self-satisf, one wind meter, and one telephone machine.

2. A crime on April 4, 2016.

A. On April 4, 2016, the Defendant who sustained a bodily injury: (a) opened a door door in which the victim was a victim, and opened a door door in the victim’s residence, such as as indicated in paragraph (1) around 02:10; and (b) stated “the humb dead.”

“The victim’s face that goes beyond drinking after being pushed together with the victim’s chest by hand, she can see the victim’s face and body by hand, she can see the victim’s face and body by hand, she sees the victim’s hair by her hand, and she sees the victim’s hair and shes the victim’s left head at two times.

As a result, the defendant suffered injury to the victim C, who is facing the right side of the snow of the number of days of treatment, such as tear.

The Defendant damaged property by destroying the victim D’s market price on the inner display stand at the same time and place as the statement in paragraph 2(a). The Defendant damaged the victim D’s market price by exceeding 1 television and 1 dried dys as soon as possible on the floor.
