1. On January 9, 2014, around 01:00, the Defendant: (a) asked the Defendant’s house located in the Dong-gu, Dong-gu, Dong-gu, Dong-gu, 304, on automobile insurance at the Defendant’s house; and (b) asked the victim D (37 years of age) who is the wife, about automobile insurance; (c) on the ground that the victim was unable to answer easily, the Defendant inflicted injury on the victim, such as the victim’s face and head due to drinking and so on; (d) when the victim’s face and head were sent back due to drinking and so on; and (e) by means of a cigarette with the skin of the victim, the victim’s mari was spawed so that the number of days of treatment could not be known.

2. Inflicting around January 11, 2014, injury and coercion;

A. At around 11:00 on January 11, 2014, the Defendant injured the victim E (the 13-year-old) who is his/her father, away from the Defendant’s will, caused the victim’s face by drinking, and caused the victim to walk up in the snow around which the number of days of treatment cannot be ascertained.

나. 강요 피고인은 위 가항 일시, 장소에서, 피해자 E의 모인 D이, 피고인이 피해자를 때리는 모습을 보다 못해 피해자를 데리고 밖으로 피신하려고 하자 화가 난다는 이유로, D에게는 “똘아이 같은 년”이라는 등으로 욕설을 하고, 피해자에게는 D을 때리지 않으면 피해자를 더 때릴 것처럼 겁을 주어 피해자로 하여금 D의 얼굴과 머리를 수 회 때리게 함으로써 피해자에게 의무 없는 일을 하도록 강요하였다.

[2014Kadan349] On November 16, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to 10 months of imprisonment and 2 years of suspended execution for a violation of the Road Traffic Act at the Seoul Northern District Court on January 25, 2013, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on January 25, 2013, and is still under suspended execution. On September 21, 2009, the said court was sentenced to 3 million won for the same crime, and 1.5 million won for the same crime at the Seoul East East District Court on August 2, 2008.
