1. On July 28, 2016, the Defendant’s disciplinary action against the Plaintiff for one month of salary reduction shall be revoked.

1. Details of the disposition;

A. (1) On May 16, 2015, the Ministry of Health and Welfare (hereinafter referred to as “instant disposition”) issued an interview with Staff E, F, G, H, and I students on May 16, 2015 (hereinafter referred to as “the instant student”).
