A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for six months.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant entered the Republic of Korea on June 25, 2018, and was discharged from military service on May 9, 2020, and the victim D (Nam, 19 years of age) was discharged from military service on June 25, 201, and was discharged from military service on May 9, 202.
