Punishment of the crime

On July 23, 2018, the Defendant entered the Air Force, and from November 23, 2018, the Defendant served as C in the public service area of Article 91 of the Air Force, which was located in the Geum-si-si, Chungcheongnam-si.

On October 30, 2019, the Defendant: (a) had access to the national defense personnel information system using computers connected to the Air Force Topnets; and (b) had not received the aforementioned ex officio leave; and (c) had received the aforementioned ex officio leave; (d) as if so, the Defendant had received the aforementioned ex officio leave, the Defendant was granted the permission by having the Defendant obtain approval of the said ex officio leave application by inserting the file of the application for leave from October 30, 2019 to November 1, 2019, stating “the two days of temporary leave, the bathing service,” and “the period of leave” as “from October 30, 2019 to November 1, 2019.”

The Defendant, from around that time to around January 2020, 3 times, 2020, dumped the file of a request for leave with the same method as the annexed crime list, and interfered with the performance of duties regarding permission for leave by a deceptive scheme.
