1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

1. Details of the disposition;

A. A. Around July 1994, the Plaintiff served as a staff member and served as a noncommissioned officer, and was on November 1, 2009 as a quasi-ranking officer. From September 17, 2015 to September 3, 2015, the Plaintiff served as the head of the maintenance team at the 3rd C Improvement Team.
