Defendants shall be punished by a fine of five hundred thousand won.

The Defendants did not pay each of the above fines.

Punishment of the crime

An international marriage broker shall obtain personal information (Marriage experience, criminal experience, occupation and health examination) from a user who has entered into an international marriage brokerage contract and the other party to the international marriage brokerage, and provide the user of international marriage and his/her other party with the personal information in writing after obtaining certification from a notary public of the relevant country.

Defendant

B is a person who operates an international marriage intermediary in Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government with the trade name "E" in Guro-gu, and the defendant A served as an employee of the above company as a person who has led customers to go directly to the local community.

As a result, the Defendants conspired to offer personal information to the users in advance and acted as an international marriage broker.
