Defendants shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

In the event that the Defendants did not pay the above fine, the Defendants did not pay the fine.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A is a person who is registered as a worker of an international marriage brokerage office in Jung-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government building from May 11, 2017 to April 3, 2018, and a person who is engaged in international marriage brokerage business in the name of "E" in the operation of Defendant B, and Defendant B is a person who employs Defendant A as the above E representative.

An international marriage broker shall receive personal information, such as marriage experience, health status, occupation, and criminal experience, from a user who has entered into a marriage brokerage contract and the other party to the marriage brokerage, respectively, and shall provide the relevant notary public with such personal information in writing to the other party after obtaining certification.

1. Defendant A

A. A. On June 30, 2017, the Defendant entered into an international marriage brokerage agreement with the former, i.e., Yansan-si F, i, and e.g., the former, North Korea-si, and 1st, to arrange marriage with G and Vietnam women. On June 30, 2017, the Defendant did not provide G with written personal information certified under the relevant statutes while arranging for marriage with the latter, at the first guest room in Vietnam-Namnam, around 19:00, around June 30, 2017.

나. 2017. 7. 7. 경 범행 피고인은 2017. 6. 18. 경 전 북 전주시 완산구 F, 1 층에서, G과 베트남 여성과의 결혼을 주선해 주기로 하는 국제 결혼 중개 계약을 체결한 후, 2017. 7. 7. 14:00 경 베트남 하이퐁에 있는 상호를 모르는 커피 전문점 2 층에서 G에게 결혼 중개 상대방인 베트남 여성 ‘J’ 과 만남을 주선하면서 법령에 의한 인증을 받은 서면 신상정보를 제공하지 아니하였다.

2. Defendant B’s employee, as described in paragraph 1, committed an act of violating the Defendant’s duty not providing the Defendant’s written personal information as above, on two occasions.
