The sentence of punishment against the Defendants shall be suspended.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A is a person who runs an international marriage brokerage business in the name of Jinju C2 floor D and B, “F” in Jinju City E.

An international marriage broker shall prepare personal information, such as marriage experience, health status, occupation, and criminal experience, from a user who has entered into a contract for marriage brokerage and the other party to a marriage brokerage in a language that can be understood by the user and the other party, and shall provide personal information certified by a notary public (where a notary public has obtained certification from a notary public in a foreign country, it is necessary to confirm from the consular post), and shall arrange South Korea when both the user and the other party have agreed in writing to South Korea.

1. On July 8, 2013, the Defendant entered into an international marriage brokerage agreement with G on July 8, 2013 for the purpose of marriage brokerage, and the Defendant did not provide the said G with personal information certified by a notary public with respect to Vietnam Women H, a counter-party to marriage brokerage, without providing the said G with personal information certified by a notary public with respect to Vietnam.

8.1. At the exhibition office, the Republic of Korea arranged the rest of the above G and H at the non-resident of Vietnam.

2. On October 30, 2013, Defendant B entered into an international marriage brokerage agreement with I on October 30, 2013 for the purpose of marriage brokerage, and the said I did not provide the said I with personal information certified by a notary public against Vietnam women J, a counter-party to the marriage brokerage, and arranged the said I and J in the exhibition office.

1. The application of the Acts and subordinate statutes governing the preparation of statements to G and I by judicial police officers;

1. Article 26 (2) 4 and Article 10-2 (1) of the Act on the Management of Marriage Brokerage Business for Criminal Facts (elective of penalty) of the relevant Article of the Act on the Management of Marriage Brokerage;

1. 30,000 won for each fine to be suspended;

1. Article 70(1) and Article 69(2) of the Criminal Act (100,000 won per day) shall be confined in a workhouse;

1. Article 59(1) of the Criminal Code of the Suspension of Sentence (in the future, the defendants divided their mistakes and commit such crimes).
