Punishment of the crime
Defendant
A, Defendant B, and Defendant C are J employees in Gwangju Mine-gu, who work for the field leader, team leader, and field director of the Lju Factory located in Gwangju Mine-gu, the partner company, and Defendant D works for the head of the Nju Factory in Seo-gu, Gwangju. Defendant D works for the head of the Nju Factory in Seo-gu, Gwangju as the partner company.
1. Defendant C and Defendant A’s joint criminal act proposed that Defendant C take out more than the required amount when the electric wires were taken out from the above JJ company cable warehouse to the construction site, and then dispose of the remaining shot cable on the water and have divided the price. Defendant A consented thereto.
Accordingly, Defendant C instructed Defendant A to dispose of approximately KRW 70-80 g of his own electric wires on the water at the construction site of the above L-riju Factory on March 2013, and Defendant A disposed of the said electric wires on the O-owned-gu P of Gwangju, thereby bringing them into Qhands. Accordingly, the Defendants combined with the above J-owned-owned victim’s electric wires of approximately KRW 580,000, the market price of KRW 70-80,000 from that time until April 2015, and cut off approximately KRW 6,90,000 in total over 12 times, as shown in the list of crimes, from that time until April 2015.
2. Defendant D, as the chief of the above J material division, proposed that Defendant D, as the chief of the above J material division, take the electric wires out from the above JJ cable warehouse to the construction site, dispose of the remaining shot wire on the water and divided the proceeds therefrom. Defendant A accepted this.
Accordingly, on December 2012, Defendant D, at the above JJ cable warehouse, took out more than the required quantity of electric wires to be used at the GJ apartment site in Gwangju Dong-dong apartment site, and ordered Defendant A to dispose of approximately 150 km electric wires in the remaining parts, and Defendant A is the above electric wires.
