A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is in charge of the management of on-site materials storage in the facility company F in the E complex located in the Gyeonggi-si.

1. Accordingly, the Defendant stolen approximately approximately KRW 21,399,00, including cable cables owned by the victim(s) nuclear power plant, and approximately KRW 465,00,00 at the market price of green contact cable owned by the victim(s) nuclear power plant, respectively.
