Defendant

Punishment of the crime

On February 26, 2015, the Defendant acquired stolen goods by purchasing electric wires, etc. worth KRW 1,120,000, totaling 137,683,000, from around 38 times until April 2015, including the purchase of KRW 1,120,00 with knowledge of the fact that he/she was the stolen goods at the market price of KRW 3,070,00, which he/she acquired from the above “M”, from the above “M,” and acquiring stolen goods by purchasing electric wires, etc. worth KRW 137,683,00,00 in total, as shown in the annexed Crime List (2).

3. The defendant C shall be the defendant Gwangju.
