1. The defendant A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for one year and six months;
1. Defendant B shall be punished by imprisonment for eight months;
except that this judgment.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime

On the other hand, Defendant A and Defendant B have operated the above article jointly in the way of determining the price of the article at the request of customers to purchase the article at the time of truth, and Defendant B had taken up the purchased article at the request of customers, and Defendant B has operated the above article jointly in the way of paying the price by weight.

Defendant C, Defendant D, and Defendant E’s special larcenyed the following facts: (a) came to know of the existence of an electric cable or wire or spare cable in a state in which electricity does not flow at the place in the steel mill, while working as an employee of the cooperation firm in the steel mill; and (b) came to know of the existence of an electric cable or cable in a state in which electricity does not flow.
