A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On January 1, 2017, the Defendant: (a) cut up approximately 50,000 electrical power lines equivalent to KRW 300,000 at the market price where the victim D is installed using pre-owned bags for batteries at around 04:0,00,00 from the beginning date; and (b) from that time, the Defendant’s use of pre-owned bags for batteries at around 30,000,000.

3. By the end date unfortunate, each of the “advertising Cable” in Nos. 7, 8, 17, 18, and 19 among the damaged goods to the extent that it does not prejudice the defendant’s right of defense in the attached list of crimes, shall be revised to “hacker, washing cable cable, and other wires”, “advertising Cable” in the first time, “hack cable” in “hick Cable”, and “three-meters of advertising cable” in the second time in the first time to “three-meters of laundr, washing machine code lines”, respectively.

A total of 3,740,000 won was stolen over 32 occasions, as described in the above.

The reasons for sentencing under Article 48(1)1 of the Confiscation Criminal Act include: (a) the theft of another person’s electric wires using a bags for cell cells that the Defendant had been holding more than 32 times; and (b) the fact that the nature of the crime of this case was poor; (c) the victims’ damages were not recovered; and (d) the victims did not reach an agreement with the victims.
