A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant was sentenced to a summary order of KRW 1.5 million on June 28, 2012 by a court, on April 26, 2006, by a fine of KRW 2 million due to a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) on March 7, 2007, a fine of KRW 2.5 million due to a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) on March 7, 2007, and a fine of KRW 1.5 million due to a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) on at least two occasions.
