[2013고단2029] 피고인은 2013. 7. 2. 23:50경 남양주시 C에 있는 D횟집에서 피고인이 D횟집에서 기르는 흰색 진돗개를 때리고 목을 조르는 등 괴롭히면서 행패를 부린다는 신고를 받고 출동한 경찰관인 피해자 E이 이를 제지하고 귀가할 것을 종용하자, 횟집 사장 및 종업원 등이 보는 앞에서 피해자에게 "야, 이 개새끼야, 죽고 싶어, 야, 이 짭새 개새끼야, 씨팔 옷 벗겨버린다, 내가 옷 벗겨서 죽인 경찰관이 여럿이야, 너도 죽고 싶어, 야이 씹새끼야"라고 큰 소리로 욕설하여 공연히 피해자를 모욕하였다.

[2013고단2498] 피고인은 2013. 7. 17. 23:15경 남양주시 F소재 G식당 앞 노상에서, 행패를 부리는 사람이 있다는 신고를 받고 현장에 출동한 경찰관인 피해자 H에게 “정식허가를 받은 깡패경찰이냐”라고 말하고, 피해자가 귀가를 종용하자 “야 개새끼야, 나랑 옷 벗고 한판 뜨자”, “야 허가받은 깡패, 옷 벗어, 한판 붙게, 씨발 어쩔껀데”라고 큰 소리로 욕설하여 공연히 피해자를 모욕하였다.
