A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The power of attorney to trade real estate

2. Part on a real estate sales contract

A. On January 25, 2011, the Defendant: (a) presented a letter of delegation in the name of a forged G at the office of a certified judicial scrivener I located in Gangnam-gun, Gangwon-gu; (b) made it possible for a certified judicial scrivener I to transfer the ownership registration of a 89.04 square meter and a 934 square meter in the name of the Defendant, which is located in the name of Gangwon-gu, Gangwon-do; and (c) made a certified judicial scrivener I, who is aware of the fact, to prepare a real estate sales contract on January 17, 201; and (d) made him affix his seal on the name of “G seller” as indicated in the printed paper.

Accordingly, for the purpose of exercising, the Defendant forged a real estate sales contract in the name of G, which is a private document on rights and obligations.
