The judgment of the court below is reversed.

1. The summary of the grounds for appeal (fact-finding) G marks G’s seal impression on each letter of delegation on the power to sell and purchase real estate and each letter of delegation on the division of property on January 24, 2011, and the Defendant marks G’s seal impression on G’s name next to G name entered in the real estate sales contract with G’s permission, and thus, the Defendant did not constitute the crime of forging each private document of this case and the crime of uttering of each falsified document.

2. Prior to the judgment on the Defendant’s ex officio determination due to changes in the indictment, the prosecutor examined the part of the first to be “the Defendant using a computer” in the first to the trial of the facts charged, and the part of the first to be “the Defendant was made by using a computer from January 201, 201,” stating that G’s employee V was made with a device exceeding the Defendant at the office of a certified judicial scrivener I, which was located in Gangwon-gun, Gangwon-gun, Gangwon-gun, and the above V’s land and its ground buildings in an irregular manner, and then presented a blank letter of real estate sale delegation, requesting the preparation of a letter of real estate sale delegation, and printed out the above document in the second to the above V, “The Defendant was made to write out the letter of delegation of real estate sale to the Defendant with his own seal impression attached to G name, and then made out the letter of delegation of real estate sale to the above 3rd to the Defendant’s employees by using the above letter of delegation of real estate property division to the above 1st to the Defendant’s 6th of property division.
