The defendant shall be innocent.

1. The Defendant was working as a secretary at the Seoul Seongbuk-gu Office for Certified Judicial Scriveners, while serving as the head of the office, and the above commercial building was registered in the building management ledger, but the dispute arose between E and F Co., Ltd., a right holder, due to the settlement of profits, and the share in the name of F Co., Ltd., a right holder, registered the name of F Co., Ltd., and registered the shares in the name of E, a right holder

1. Forging and exercising a proxy letter for application for issuance of resident registration cards or abstracts;

A. On October 11, 2010, the Defendant: (a) stated the above G’s personal information in the item column of a person who delegated the letter of delegation for issuance of the certified copy or abstract of a resident registration record card through I, an employee, at the C judicial scrivener office located in Seongbuk-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government H; and (b) stamped the G’s personal information, which was inscribed in advance, in his name.

For the purpose of exercising, the Defendant forged a letter of delegation for issuance of a certified copy of a resident registration record card in G, a private document related to rights and obligations.

B. On the same day, the Defendant had the above I submit a forged power of attorney to a public official who is unable to know his/her name that he/she could not know the forgery in Seongbuk-gu Office in Seongbuk-gu Seoul, Seongbuk-gu, and exercised it as if it was duly formed.

2. Counterfeiting and exercising the power of attorney for application for registration of preservation;

A. On October 12, 2010, the Defendant: (a) stated the purport to delegate the act of filing an application for registration at the above C Certified Judicial Scriveners Office’s office in the delegating column of the power letter printed; and (b) marked in advance G painting, which had been inscribed, in his name.

For the purpose of uttering, the Defendant forged a letter of delegation in G name, a private document on rights and obligations.

B. The Defendant is unable to identify the name of the above I in Seongbuk-dong, Seongbuk-gu, Seoul, Seongbuk-gu.
