A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around January 10, 2015, the Defendant forged a registration number plate, which is an air conditioning, by attaching a stamp printed on “D” on plastic board at the manufacturers of the mutual influent signboards located in C at the time of strikeing around January 10, 2015.

2. No person who violates the Automobile Management Act shall use a forged registration number plate;

Nevertheless, at around 14:15 on February 17, 2015, the Defendant used a forged registration number plate, such as paragraph (1), to attach it to the front of the truck.

3. On February 17, 2015, the Defendant: (a) around 14:15, the Defendant placed the registration number plate of a forged motor vehicle in front of the truck as set forth in paragraph (1) on the street from that time to that time; (b) operated the relevant truck to the front of the club, from that time until 14:30 of the same day, from that time, until that time, until that time.

Accordingly, the defendant exercised the registration number plate, which is a forged air defense.
