The sentence of sentence against the defendant shall be suspended.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant in violation of the Automobile Management Act was confiscated at the competent Gu office in arrears with the registration number plate of CAWn-Wn-Wn-Wn-Wn-Wing-C in accordance with the Automobile Management Act, and even if he was unable to forge, forge, or alter the registration number plate under the Automobile Management Act, the Defendant used the forged registration number plate by operating the said vehicle attached from the road front of Dobong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D 503 B from around 10:30 to around 11:25 on the same day to the 183th day of the said day by stating the number “C” by the size of the registration number plate’s number at around May 31, 2014.

On May 31, 2014, the Defendant: (a) forged the registration number plate of a motor vehicle which is an air defense in the said manner at a place not lower than May 31, 201; (b) from around 10:30 to around 11:25 the same day, the Defendant used the said motor vehicle by operating the said motor vehicle in the said manner from the front day of Dobong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D 503 to the front road of the 183 Agricultural CF station in Yangju-si; and (c) exercised forged air protection.
