A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

No person shall forge a registration number plate of a motor vehicle.

Around July 24, 2020, the Defendant: (a) when the registration number plate of a motor vehicle for C low-priced car was damaged by the motor vehicle registration license plate at P, P, and then, (b) forged the registration number plate by entering it “C” on the auxiliary unit of the registration license plate for the purpose of continuing operation of the said motor vehicle; (c) from that time to July 28, 2020, the Defendant operated the said motor vehicle at the Seoul Special Metropolitan City and P, a day-to-day, with the registration license plate attached to the forged motor vehicle from that time.

For the purpose of exercising, the defendant forged the registration number plate, which is an air defense, and exercised the registration number plate, which is a forged air defense.
